What counts as an AI action?
Each time Grimnir drafts a document, runs a conflict check, processes a court notice, completes a research query, or executes a workflow step, that counts as one action. Reading data, displaying records, and browsing the app never count.
What if I run out of actions?
Grimnir will notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. You can purchase additional actions at ₱20 per 10, or upgrade your plan. Actions reset on the 1st of each month.
Are staff seats really free?
Yes. Paralegals, secretaries, billing staff, and legal assistants are included at no extra charge on all plans. Only attorneys who use Grimnir's AI capabilities count toward your attorney seat limit.
What is an attorney seat?
An attorney seat is for IBP-licensed attorneys who use Grimnir's drafting, research, conflict check, and approval features. Non-attorney staff use the platform at no cost.
What happens after my free trial?
After 14 days, you choose a plan and enter payment details. Your firm data, matter records, and everything Grimnir has learned about your firm stay intact — nothing is deleted.
Why is an IBP roll number required?
Gungnir is built for licensed Philippine attorneys. Your IBP number confirms you're a member of the bar and helps us verify your professional identity. Staff members joining via invite do not need an IBP number.
Is my data secure?
Each firm's matter documents are encrypted at rest with isolated, per-tenant AES-256 keys, and all data is protected by row-level security enforced at the database layer. Cross-tenant access is structurally impossible.
