Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Gungnir platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a law firm, you represent that you have authority to bind the firm.

Attorney accounts require a valid IBP roll number (for Philippine attorneys) or equivalent bar membership. Users must be at least 18 years old.

Gungnir provides AI-assisted practice management tools for law firms. All AI outputs are provided as drafts for attorney review. Gungnir is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not act as an attorney of record. Attorneys remain solely responsible for all work product delivered to clients.

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in Philippine Pesos (₱) via PayMongo.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds on partial months except where required by applicable law.
• Overages (AI actions beyond your plan limit) are billed at ₱20 per 10 additional actions.

New tenants receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At trial end, the account converts to the Free tier, or to a paid plan if one is selected.

You may not use Gungnir to:

• violate the Philippine Code of Professional Responsibility or any applicable bar rules;
• process data without required client consent;
• circumvent Canon 9 attorney-supervision requirements;
• attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI model weights; or
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Your firm's data belongs to your firm. Gungnir processes it only as described in the Privacy Policy. We will not access firm data except to provide support, comply with legal obligations, or investigate security incidents — and only with notice to you where legally permitted.

All Grimnir AI outputs are drafts. They require attorney review before use in any client matter. Gungnir's Canon 9 compliance architecture requires attorney acknowledgment before any client-facing output is finalized. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving all AI-generated work product.

Gungnir and its underlying technology are owned by Gungnir Labs. Your firm's data and documents remain yours. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be used to improve the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Gungnir Labs' total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by your firm in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Gungnir for Business connects companies needing legal work with IBP-licensed Philippine attorneys. Gungnir Labs is a technology platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. The attorney-client relationship exists solely between the company and the accepting firm — never with Gungnir. The platform fee (20% of the matter price) is a technology fee, not a legal fee; the remaining 80% is the firm's legal fee. Gungnir makes no warranty as to the quality of legal services provided by attorneys on the platform; the accepting attorney is solely responsible for the work product and its delivery.

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, you may request a data export within 30 days. After 30 days, data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.

We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes to these Terms via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
